How do I register for the conference?

Everyone who wants acces to the conference must register. Go to the tab “registration” at the top of the webpage and follow the instructions.

What language is the conference language?

The conference language will be English.

How do I apply for a business stand? 

At the top of the webpage you will see a tab called Registration with a drop down menu. Tap on the line with the text “Apply for business stand”.
Please note that you must also have registered a participant in order to apply for a business stand. There is a limit of one business stand per company.

How much space is there at a business stand?

Approximately 3 x 2 metres.

Is there access to power/electricity at business stands? 

No, the business stand includes a table and two chairs. You can bring up to two roll-ups. Access to power/electricity is not possible.

What are the possibilities for advertising?

To register for advertising, go to the top of the webpage you will see a tab called Registration with a drop down menu. Tap on the line with the text “Advertising”. Your logo or advertisement will be displayed continually to all participants during the entire conference. Ads appear on big screens in the conference hall alternately after the lectures and during B2B mingling sessions. We recommend files in high resolution, minimum 2000 pixels width. Maximum size of files is 8 MB, and type of file can be jpeg, jpg or pdf.

Is the conference including food and drinks?

Yes, food and beverages will be provided free of charge during the event.

Is there mobile coverage / 4G?

The Venue has 4G mobile network coverage.
